Delivery & Returns
- £5.00 UK delivery - by Royal Mail first class post. Please allow 3-4 working days for receipt of your items.
- All items (both in stock and pre orders) will be posted out Monday-Friday (except bank holidays).
- We will always try and ship your order as quickly as possible but if you need it sooner please contact us and we can give you options on delivery.
Currently we do not ship overseas. Sign up here to receive information on when that becomes an option.
Pre orders
Full payment is taken at checkout for pre orders. Please check the product details for the expected delivery dispatch times. Once we have taken delivery of your order we will email you to let you know it has arrived and we will dispatch to you the next working day.
We are a small fashion brand and manufacture in small quantities according to demand so there will be longer lead times on some items.
Returns
We hope you love your sleepwear but in case your order is unsuitable, you have 10 days from the day you receive your item to return it to us, fully tagged, unworn and in it’s original packaging. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, or the item is not returned in sellable condition, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs for your item and we would strongly advise you use a trackable shipping service as your purchase remains your responsibility until we receive it and we cannot offer a refund for goods which do not arrive. If there is damage en route, due to inadequate packaging, thereby making the item unsellable we will also not consider this a refundable item.
Refunds
Once your return is received we will send you an email to notify you that we have the returned item. On condition it is resalable, then you will be refunded and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange the item for a different size, please make this clear on the returns slip and if we have stock we will send your item out to you.
If you wish to purchase a different style, we will need to issue you with a refund and you will need to put in a new order.
Sale items
Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Faulty goods
In case there is a fault with your sleepwear, please send us an email at hello@underthecloth.com and we’ll look into this for you.
Late or missing refunds
If for any reason your refund does not appear and you have checked with your bank and credit card provider, please contact us at hello@underthecloth.com.
